Now that most of us have seen and function tested the upgraded surface at the riding school, please cast your votes so we know how the club wants to proceed. Feel free to add any further comments about it in this thread too.
I think it's ok at the moment. However I think we should still keep an ear to the ground for a better venue. It is not a patch on the World Horse Welfare venue, which I realise is exceptional, and if we found a venue that came up to that standard, that we could afford, then we should recondiser moving.
Easton College have a newly built big indoor arena like the one at snetterton with a viewing gallery and they are looking for an agility club interested in hiring it, i don't know about the cost though
, Beanie - give us a clue as to who you are!
I did talk to Easton while their arena was still being built and they weren't very interested in a dog club then and were talking B I G money to hire it. I'll try another chat if you have some inside info on what's going on there now and think it could be worth a try.
I spoke to them on tuesday and they said it was available and they were keen to have an agility club there but that they didn't have anybody interested at that stage, its a perfect venue too but i did think it might be a bit expensive, great for competitions though!
Like Sue said its ok at the mo but how will it stand up in the long run so i think we should keep the left ear to the ground and the right one to easton like beanie said (whos beanie?)
Never mind Beanie who is Stringshoe?
Both joined same day
That was me at work!
